Started eight years ago, the Continuous Quality Program has a history of relevant training and lecture cycles. Due to the constant growth of the actions and their assertive results, the program gained a new guise and was renamed the Quality Journey.
The objective of the program is to instruct and share informations with the cooperative members about the methods and procedures that assist in the post-harvest phase and provide greater use of the quality of the coffees.
The Quality Journey has a complete program of courses, lectures and workshops that provide cooperatives and their employees with a rich exchange of experiences and training at all the levels of the coffee production chain, with a focus on quality production. The following are some actions that are part of the program:
