Our Team is an employee relationship program. The objective is to train and improve their skills aiming at high performance in the most diverse activities developed by them inside Expocaccer, as well as generating integration through dynamic actions and dialogues about behavior and performance. The program includes everything from incentives through scholarships to internal and leisure movements.

Among the actions developed by the program, the following stand out:

  • People training courses: technical courses, scholarships (undergraduate and graduate), behavioral and high performance training, etc.;

  • Celebration of birth and company anniversaries, among other commemorative dates, such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Children’s Day, etc.;

  • Actions and lectures focused on disease prevention, such as the October Pink and November Blue campaigns;

  • Commemorative events focusing on the integration of employees and their families, such as the Family Party and the New Year’s.
